Refund Policy

Within 7 days of purchase

• Unused credits are refunded in full.
• If you have used some credits, we refund the purchase minus the credits used (at the per-credit price of the pack you bought).

After 7 days

On request, we refund the unused paid credits pro rata, minus 10% to cover payment fees and costs.

Not refundable

Free credits (such as the trial) are not refundable.

Service problems

If a service outage prevented translation from working properly, we will return the credits involved.

If we discontinue the Service

We will refund all unused paid credits.

How to request

Email aperture@imaperture.com from the address you signed up with, with "Refund request" and your payment ID. We reply within 3 business days. Card refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Purchases made through an overseas payment partner may follow that partner's refund process.
